International Maritime Professionals Inc. is a specialized marine assurance, technical support, and maritime capability development company established to serve shipowners, ship managers, tanker operators, underwriters, charterers, and other maritime stakeholders.

As an affiliate of COMPASS Training Inc., IMP extends the COMPASS ecosystem beyond maritime training and into practical marine services that support safer, stronger, and more reliable vessel operations.

IMP was developed in response to the growing need for structured support in vessel operations, technical management, compliance readiness, vetting preparation, shipboard execution, and owner-side project supervision.

IMP operates through a core leadership team and a vetted network of maritime and technical professionals. Its pool includes licensed Master Mariners, Chief Engineers, marine auditors, technical superintendents, project supervisors, engineers, and specialist consultants.

01Licensed Master Mariner or Chief Engineer credentials, where applicable.
02Strong combined sea and shore-based maritime experience.
03Working knowledge of ISM, SMS, TMSA, SIRE, PMS, MLC, STCW, and related systems.
04Experience in audits, inspections, technical management, ship superintendency, shipyard coordination, or project oversight.
05Ability to prepare structured reports, assess operational risk, and recommend practical corrective actions.
